Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to lead our MAKE by KBank user acquisition and user engagement strategies and drive the growth of our app active user base. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, a passion for finance industry, and a data-driven approach to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive user acquisition and engagement strategies across multiple channels that align with business goals and drive sustainable growth for our app in a creative way.
- MarTech Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement MarTech strategies that align with business goals and enhance overall marketing effectiveness.
- Campaign Management: Able to initiate creative campaign. Work closely with the agency to manage and optimize end-to-end multi-channel marketing campaigns, including planning, execution, and optimization across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, TikTok, SEO and other relevant networks.
- Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for user acquisition efforts, utilizing analytics tools to derive actionable insights and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the acquisition budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product, design, and analytics teams to develop compelling ad creatives and improve user experience.
- Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis and market research to stay updated on industry trends and best practices and identify new growth opportunities.
- Partnership Development: Identify and establish partnerships with creative and media agency and other platforms to broaden reach and drive user acquisition.
- Customer Journey Optimization: Collaborate with user experience teams to enhance the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for new users.
Job Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on user acquisition in the fintech or mobile app space.
- Proven track record of managing successful user acquisition campaigns with measurable results.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Appsflyer, or similar.
- Familiarity with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads) and SEO
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
