This role offers the opportunity to work closely with internal teams, academic partners, and external stakeholders while contributing to innovative education programs, bootcamps, apprenticeship initiatives, and tech talent development projects.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Act as a program coordinator to manage KBTG Kampus programs and initiatives smoothly across internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, action plans, milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful program execution.
- Coordinate with universities, partners, instructors, and internal teams to support program operations and collaboration activities.
- Track program progress, monitor key milestones, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Work closely with technical and business teams to gather business requirements and support program-related development initiatives.
- Support quality assurance and operational readiness for learning platforms, program activities, and participant experiences.
- Facilitate communication and alignment between business users, technical teams, and external partners.
- Assist in organizing workshops, bootcamps, apprenticeship programs, and learning activities under KBTG Kampus initiatives.
What Will Set You Up for Success:
- 1–3 years of experience in Program Coordination, Project Management, Operations, Education Programs, or related roles.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in coordinating with both internal and external parties.
- Ability to create and manage timelines, action plans, and project tracking documents.
- Basic understanding of technology, digital platforms, or software development environments.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and execution quality.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace tools for reporting and presentation preparation.
- Interest in Education Technology (EdTech), Tech Talent Development, or Innovation Programs is highly preferred.
