How You’ll Make an Impact

• Provide Clear, Strategic DevOps Solutions. You’ll design and clearly communicate the advantages and disadvantages of various DevOps approaches at both strategic and detailed levels, offering well-informed recommendations on tools and technologies.
• Drive DevOps Adoption and Culture: By training teams, raising awareness, and championing DevOps practices within KBTG, you’ll accelerate cultural change and foster widespread adoption of innovative methodologies.
• Build and Maintain Robust DevOps Systems: You’ll be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and sustaining the critical systems and tools that empower DevOps solutions, ensuring reliability and efficiency.

What Will Set You Up for Success

• Developing Strategic and Technical Expertise. Designing and articulating the pros and cons of DevOps solutions at both high and detailed levels will enhance your critical thinking and decision-making skills related to tools and technologies.
