How You’ll Make an Impact

• Handle day-to-day operational activities to ensure stable and reliable production data services.
• Coordinate effectively with relevant stakeholders, including both internal teams and external parties.
• Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to batch jobs and data quality or data processing problems.
• Summarize and articulate incident findings clearly in order to escalate issues to the appropriate next-level support teams.
• Demonstrate strong ownership and accountability for assigned responsibilities and systems.
• Provide on-call support and be available for night shift standby, as part of operational support requirements.

What Will Set You Up for Success

• Solid knowledge and understanding of Data Operations, including system monitoring and batch job execution.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and technologies, such as Microsoft Cloud (e.g., Azure), AWS, Databricks, APIs, and databases.
• Strong SQL skills, with the ability to query and analyze data to investigate and validate operational or data-related issues.
