As a Senior IT Application Support, you will play a key role in supporting mission-critical applications and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across multiple business platforms. You will work closely with Application Development, Infrastructure, and Business teams to monitor application performance, resolve incidents, and drive continuous operational improvements.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

 

  • Support daily operations and maintenance activities for business-critical applications and services.
  • Monitor application health, system performance, and operational dashboards to proactively identify and resolve issues.
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and coordinate resolution of application incidents and service disruptions.
  • Perform incident triage, root cause analysis, and escalation management to ensure timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with Application Development, Infrastructure, and Vendor teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Support deployment activities, application validation, and post-release monitoring.
  • Maintain accurate operational records, incident reports, and support documentation.
  • Identify recurring issues and recommend preventive actions and process improvements.
  • Participate in operational readiness activities and support service continuity initiatives.
  • Support proactive operational activities to improve application stability, performance, and service quality.

What Will Set You Up for Success:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
  • 5 years+ of experience in Application Support, Production Support, IT Operations, or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Incident Management, Problem Management, and Service Operations processes.
  • Experience supporting enterprise applications in Production environments.
  • Ability to troubleshoot application-related issues and coordinate cross-functional teams for resolution.
  • Familiarity with application monitoring tools, log analysis, and operational dashboards.
  • Understanding of application deployment, release management, and production support processes.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting Banking, Financial Services, or enterprise-scale applications.
  • Experience in production support environments with SLA-driven operations.
  • Familiarity with application monitoring, cloud platforms, and operational support tools.
  • Experience coordinating with vendors and external partners.
