As an IT Corporate Planning and Strategy, you will be responsible for managing the strategic planning, corporate performance, and strategic communication. Supervise and provide guidance in developing, executing, communicating IT strategies, roadmaps, and plans to drive the organization's success by aligning its information technology capabilities with its broader business objectives, and collaborating closely with senior management and various departments to understand their technology needs, identify opportunities for improvement.

What Will Set You Up for Success:

  • Bachelor/Master/Doctoral in Business Management, Finance, Management in Information System (MIS) or any relevant fields.

  • At least 5 years of experience related in strategic planning / financial industry / technology /professional consultancy.

  • Technology enthusiasts with systematic & creative thinking mind, as well as attention to the details.

  • Keep up to date of strategy and technology best practices and trends.

  • Passion and energy to the excellence. Eager to learn and tackle new opportunities and challenges.

  • Ability to efficiently navigate through the implementation process to overcome obstacles, win buy-ins, and encourage cooperation.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skill.

  • Being relentless in pursuit of growth under time pressure.

  • Strong in both writing and speaking in English.

  • Fresh Grads with exceptional achievements and strong analytical skills are also welcome

How You'll Make an Impact:

As an IT Planning and Strategy, you will be responsible for managing the strategic planning, corporate performance, and strategic communication. Supervise and provide guidance in developing, executing, communicating IT strategies, roadmaps, and plans to drive the organization's success by aligning its information technology capabilities with its broader business objectives, and collaborating closely with senior management and various departments to understand their technology needs, identify opportunities for improvement. 

Strategic Planning

  • Overseeing and formulating the annual IT strategic roadmap that aligned to KBTG mission/vision, and KBank direction.

  • Defining OKR at company level and communicating to all subsidiaries and departments.

  • Facilitating meetings and workshops that related to strategic decision.

  • Working closely with chairman office on assignments.

  • Acting as a change agent to support changes as well as transformational ones.

Corporate Performance

  • Preparing progress update and corporate performance to top managements.

  • Overseeing risks & issues that might affect performance of the company.

  • At times, acting as a consultant for evaluating, designing, and troubleshooting to critical company-wide problems.

Strategic Communication

  • Redefining existing management system in place for continuously improve company status reporting and communication flows.

  • Managing management committee forum from registration to actions cascading.

  • Cooperating with external stakeholders' team (e.g., Investor Relation) to communicate KBTG direction, key initiatives, progress update to analysts and investors.
