Title:  Senior Project Manager (Banking Infrastructure)

Job Description

Provide advanced knowledge and expertise of infrastructure project management and ensure that all infrastructure projects are delivered on-time and aligned with budget planning, resources, and control, as well as provide service provision and deliver infrastructure project management reports and presentations.

Job Qualification

• Provide expertise and key steps for managing infrastructure project management to support very complex projects and/or oversight the operation of infrastructure project management for organization wide as Expert/Role model in technical solution
• Leverage advanced knowledge and identify problems and provide solutions for service provisioning of high complexity projects
• Lead and share technical knowledge in monitoring of project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation for local and regional IT infrastructure projects
• Lead and manage multiple complex projects and provide guidance and key steps in defining project costs, budgets, and financial resources to ensure projects are delivered within budgetary constraints
• Lead and share technical knowledge in information technology architecture to be able to respond to business needs in accordance with Bank's information technology architecture structure
• Lead and drive team in providing service provision to create and set up IT infrastructure as well as resolving any issues or problems that may arise during the provisioning process
• Manage and control potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and delays
• Lead in implementing quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet established standards and specifications
• Lead in implementing and manage changes to project scope, schedule, or objectives, as needed, while minimizing impact on project success
• Control the quality of accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-project evaluations
• Manage and control the quality of external vendors and contractors, ensuring they meet project requirements and deadlines
• Manage stakeholders from both internal and external parties to resolve infrastructure project management issues and to improve overall effectiveness and efficiency of the team
