How You’ll Make an Impact:
Perform application design and development of application components or multiple application solutions to meet business solution and customer/user requirements through collaboration with cross-functional teams to solve complex technical problems to ensure the reliability, security, and performance of software businesses while staying up to date with industry trends and best practices
What Will Set You Up for Success:
- Design, develop and provide software applications and systems that meet business needs following IT development standards
- Identify problems related to software development that meets the defined requirements
- Conduct operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions
- Perform coding in programming languages and frameworks as assigned
- Ensure the quality and reliability of software through testing process
- Write and maintain documentation by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code
- Maintain knowledge of standard language, coding methods, and operations requirements
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices
- Working closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers
