How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Design, develop and provide software applications and systems that meet business needs following IT development standards
• Identify problems related to software development that meets the defined requirements
• Conduct operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions
• Perform coding in programming languages and frameworks as assigned
• Ensure the quality and reliability of software through testing process
• Write and maintain documentation by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code
• Maintain knowledge of standard language, coding methods, and operations requirements
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices
• Working closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers

What Will Set You Up for Success:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

• Strong experience in Java and J2EE development

• Hands-on expertise with Spring Boot, Spring Batch, and microservices

• Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and CI/CD using Jenkins

• Experience deploying and managing applications on OpenShift (OCP)

• Proficiency in Oracle databases with skills in performance tuning

• Good knowledge of Linux environments and batch shell scripting
