About KX Venture Capital: KX Venture Capital (“KXVC”) is AI/ML, deep-tech focused $100m Venture Capital arm of Thailand’s largest commercial Bank’s new-S curve business venture builder factory (“KX”). We’re looking to invest, partner, and support global team and project and help them expand to our stronghold in Southeast Asian market.

Responsibilities:

• Perform market research Identify potential investment trends, originate investment idea, and evaluate opportunities in AI/ML DeepTech, blockchain, web3.0, globally

• Build and maintain good relationships across the network in the AI/ML, blockchain, web3.0 ecosystem globally

• Identify potential synergy between Tech Start-ups and KX, KBTG, and the group and/or its stakeholders, extension to future LPs, corporates, and organization and key stakeholders

• Proactively conduct, facilitate, and execute screening process and initial assessment to ultimately deliver potential collaboration for the Group

• Collaborate across multiple business units within the Group, and external LPs from the working team, management, and C-suite levels

• Conduct due-diligence, valuation, sensitivity model of valuation and synergy assessment

• Execute the investment document, procure good governance of documentation for investment closing

• Monitor the invested company, keep tracking record of performance and movements, and ensure good corporate governance of the investment company

With best effort and willing to go extra-mile, support and contribute to idea generation for the growth and scaling of portfolio companies to reach their goal

Job Qualification

• 4-5 years related work experience e.g., investment banking, consulting, VC/PE, business development, entrepreneurship, Technology Tech Start-up, etc.

• Have passion and knowledge in VC, Fintech, AI/ML, We3.0 and Blockchain and Start-up Landscapes Excellent research, modeling, analytical and presentation skill

• Strong accountability and ownership mindset

• Strong organizational skills and can-do attitude

• Proactive, self-driven, detail-oriented, multi-tasking, can work with rush and limited timeline environment

• Good command in English with strong written and verbal communication skills

• Preference will be given to local Indonesian candidates
