Job Description
Being a liaison between the business users and technical team to ensure the proper solutions is developed and delivered according to the business needs while leading a team of business analysts, managing daily operations, and developing best practices.
Job Qualification
- Lead a team of business analysts, provide guidance to team members and manage the daily operations of the business analysis team, assist and develop team membersâ capabilities and develop best practices to improve team productivity
- Lead in gathering business requirements and recommend and develop solutions to meet the clientâs needs
- Develop business conceptualization and rationalization (feasibility, cost/benefit, fit/gap analysis)
- Design and confirm functional specification including application flow, business logics, screens, reports and data files, etc
- Develop plan and approach for requirement analysis and design phase
- Understand, analyze, prioritize, and confirm end-to-end business requirements and processes
- Discover, organize, and clarify business needs and review/produce specifications for change
- Provide options and recommend end-to-end business solution or workaround
- Conduct discovery and solution design workshops with teams to identify client requirements
- Perform impact analysis, consolidate implementation efforts and develop implementation plan from the input of various parties e.g. development team, test team, and infrastructure team
