How You’ll Make an Impact:
Lead an innovation team, oversee AI/innovation products, and manage the product lifecycle and also involve in identifying opportunities for new products, managing the external ecosystem/AI partnerships, representing the company at conferences and tradeshows, staying updated on emerging trends and opportunities.
What Will Set You Up for Success:
- Lead and mentor a team of innovation partnership and provide technical guidance, coaching, and performance feedback
- Oversee AI/innovation products and new initiatives from ideation, conceptualization, prototyping, through to implementation and launch
- Monitor and manage AI/innovation product roadmap, analyze customer journeys, oversee user research, define requirements, set timelines, and lead a cross-functional team through product lifecycle
- Identify opportunities for new products that leverage KBANK ecosystem and its partners to provide unique and lasting customer value
- Be a center of business contact for a deep understanding of AI technology combined with expert business and domain knowledge
- Identify requirements and potential risks in the AI system while ensuring that the focus on the target user is not lost
- Manage external ecosystem to ensure trend leading as well as access to knowledge exchanges
- Manage AI partnership directly and recommend opportunities for AI/innovative product commercialization
- Represent the company at conferences and tradeshows that impact the development of new products and/or AI solutions
- Keep abreast of emerging trends, opportunities along with value added insights to drive the business and provide insight and direction for product management roadmap considerations
