Job Description

Provide expertise and applying innovative instructional design theories to transform content into engaging learning experiences aligning with business strategy and to Learning Academy team, manage end-to-end activities of learning materials and courses development and stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical development direction and ensure strategic alignment with KBTG strategy
  • Oversee planning, prioritization, development, alignment, and consistency of all development programs
  • Drive Learning and Development products and initiatives
  • Work closely with HRBP and line manager to design technical development solutions to serve business needs
  • Monitor and analyze learning effectiveness and gather feedback on learning content to improve effectiveness
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development and drive new initiatives to continuously improve training methods
  • Drive and promote learning culture

Senior Learning Academy Professional.

Required Skills

• Knowledge in training needs assessment, training program design and training roadmap.

• Understanding of learning and development principles, instructional design, and training methodologies.

• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.

• Ability to apply learning principles in training design, presentation, teaching and evaluation methods.

• Ability to assess training needs, evaluate program effectiveness, and make data-driven improvements.

• Ability to think outside of the box to deliver interactive and engaging learning experiences.

• Strong verbal, written, communication and presentation skills to effectively convey training content and develop effective partnerships with stakeholders.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, education, psychology or related fields.

• Minimum 5-7 years related work experience in training, learning and development, including 3-4 years of expert/specialist experience.

• Background in technology industry, banking or financial services business.

• Relevant certifications in training and development is an advantage.

• Proficiency in using e-learning tools and software for creating and delivering training content is an advantage.
