How You'll Make an Impact:

Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for AINU’s AI-powered identity verification platform aligned with business goals

Translate AI/ML capabilities into customer-centric product features that enhance identity verification, fraud prevention, and compliance
-
Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities in digital identity and fraud detection

Own and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, ROI, and customer impact

Create clear user stories and acceptance criteria to guide engineering teams through product development

Lead sprint planning and collaborate with Scrum teams to ensure timely and effective product delivery

Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders, enterprise customers, and development teams
-
Gather and translate customer feedback into product improvements and new feature opportunities

Work closely with AI/ML engineers, developers, UX designers, and QA teams to ensure high-quality product delivery

Monitor product performance using KPIs and customer insights to drive continuous improvement

Develop and support go-to-market strategies for new product features and releases

Stay updated on AI/ML trends and regulatory requirements to ensure the platform remains competitive and compliant
What Will Set You Up for Success:

5+ years of experience in Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar product roles within technology companies
-
Proven experience managing products end-to-end from concept to launch

Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with cross-functional engineering teams

Strong understanding of software development processes, web technologies, and API integrations

Experience or interest in AI/ML products, identity verification, security, or fintech solutions

Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, computer vision, or biometric technologies is highly preferred
-
Understanding of identity verification standards, KYC/eKYC processes, and fraud prevention technologies
-
Knowledge of data privacy regulations and security compliance (e.g., ISO, iBeta, GDPR, PDPA)
