Job Description

Oversee investment due diligence, assess the viability of potential investments, and drive growth of portfolio

Job Qualification

  • Oversee and monitor due diligence on new investments including business analysis, sourcing investments, competitive landscape, pricing model, and financial modeling/deal structuring and provide guidance to identify potential pitfalls and help make critical business decisions
  • Develop and refine the company's investment strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and market dynamics
  • Take a leading role in investment deals, oversee portfolio companies
  • Recommend VC investment deals and perform initial review of business opportunities and present viable opportunities to Management team for consideration
  • Provide insights and review market research analysis from subordinates for identifying new investment trends and opportunities
  • Monitor post-investment performance and manage any risks caused
  • Set financial strategy, feasibility, and business plan
  • Negotiate and implement channel partnerships to help business growth
  • Monitor the invested company, keep tracking record of performance and movements, and ensure good corporate governance of the company
  • Attend pitch events for our portfolio, meet entrepreneurs, industry partners and build relationships within the ecosystem to best help accelerate the growth of our portfolio ventures and identify new investment opportunities
  • Maintain open communication with company executives, investors, and portfolio company founders, keeping them informed about portfolio performance and relevant market developments
